This product is a supplement that contains fermented soybean isoflavones and is formulated to supply 1.5mg of equol per day, along with 30mg of fermented soybean isoflavones and 20mg of aglycone-type soybean isoflavones, which are believed to be easily absorbed. It also includes fermented red Korean ginseng extract powder, which is rich in saponins, a highly effective ingredient in ginseng that is traditionally used as a health food. The saponins, which have low bioavailability on their own, are improved in their absorption rate by fermentation.

[How to Use]

The main ingredients in one capsule include 30mg of fermented soybean isoflavones (1.5mg of equol), 20mg of soybean isoflavone aglycone, 15mg of fermented red Korean ginseng extract powder (equivalent to 100mg of ginseng), 23mg of calcium, 5.0mg of iron, 12mg of magnesium, 2.0μg of vitamin B12, 3.3μg of vitamin D, and 120μg of folic acid.
