[Product Description] This product is made from concentrated extract of Koji Vinegar from Luliang, Yunnan Province, China and presented in easy-to-consume soft capsules. It is different from the usual vinegar in Japan as it uses glutinous rice as the main ingredient. It undergoes solid fermentation process to reach a level of acidity of 5.0 or more, followed by aging process for 4 to 6 months. It contains about 10 times more amino acids than black vinegar.
[How to Use] Take 4 pieces a day with water or hot water during meals. If there is any discomfort in the throat, drink plenty of water. Start by taking a small amount if it is your first time taking the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
