This instant hojicha is made from richly flavored first-grade tea leaves and roasted over an open flame to bring out its aroma.
Instant hojicha, made from 100% domestically produced tea leaves, can be dissolved in water or hot water under the "Oi Ocha" brand.

[How to use]
Since it is easily soluble in both hot and cold water, you can enjoy it as hot green tea in winter or cold tea in summer.
It can also be carried around in your own bottle at your preferred strength, or used as an ingredient in arranged drinks, sweets, and other drinks.
--How to drink (standard)
--Put 1 teaspoon (0.8g) into a teacup.
--Pour hot or cold water (about 100ml) and drink. Please be careful with boiling water.
--Recommended simple recipe - Houjicha Latte (for 1 person)
-- Dissolve 1 tablespoon of Sarasara Houjicha in a cup with 30ml of hot water.
--Pour 140 ml of milk into a saucepan and heat it up to just before boiling, stirring with a whisk. Hojicha and milk go very well together, so pudding is also recommended.
