[How to use]
This product should be taken 1-2 times a day. It is easier to dissolve if you add your favorite drink first and then add the powder. Add 2 heaping teaspoons (about 1.5-2g) per serving to water, milk, soy milk, or juice, and stir well with a spoon or muddler.
Adjust the consistency to your liking.
Soak in lukewarm water for about 5-15 minutes and stir to mix well.
Hot tea, iced tea, and yogurt are also recommended. It can also be used for cooking.
