It is water-proof, so it can even remove water-proof mascara, and is suitable for use with wet hands and false eyelashes. Its floral scent is gentle and pleasant.
[How to Use]
Take a suitable amount of All Clear Oil (about four pumps) onto your palm and blend it with your make-up. Then wash off thoroughly with lukewarm water. When your hands or face are very wet, pat them lightly with a towel before using the product. For those with false eyelashes, make sure to gently blend the product in from the root to the tip of the eyelashes without rubbing.
