Plantago Obata seed coat (seed coat purity 98% or more), oligosaccharide, flavor, sweetener (xylitol).
[How to use]
--This product should be taken 2 to 3 times daily as part of a normal diet. Since this product is a food, it can be taken at any time of the day. Add 2-3 teaspoonfuls (approx. 4.0g-6.0g) lightly to about 200cc of milk, soy milk or water, and stir quickly and well with a spoon or muddler before drinking. Then drink another cup of water (or tea). Taste with honey, soybean flour, juice, yogurt, ground sesame seeds, or any other flavor you prefer. If left to stand, it will harden into a soft jelly-like substance, which can then be seasoned and eaten with a spoon.
--You can drink it iced, hot (30-40℃), or any time of the day.
--It tastes even better when shaken in a shaker. If you do not have a shaker, use a small wide-mouth container for commercial drinking water. When shaking, do not use boiling water. The cap may come off due to expansion of the contents during shaking, which is dangerous.
--For best taste, add to milk and drink.
