It contains "rosmarinic acid" which is a polyphenol found in plants of the Lamiaceae family, and is especially abundant in akashi. It also contains a variety of flavonoids including apigenin, luteolin, and shisonin, and shiso oil extracted from the fruit contains about 70% alpha-linolenic acid. Enjoy this tea every day to maintain good health.
[How to Use] For hot tea, put one bag of tea into 500-700mL of boiling water and let it boil for 5-15 minutes before drinking. Leaving the bag in the water will result in a stronger flavor, so remove it if it is too strong.
For iced tea, boil the tea as before, then strain and transfer it to a pet bottle or water pot, and leave it in the refrigerator to cool.
For cold brew tea, put one bag into a water pot and add 300-500mL of water, and leave it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. For a stronger flavor, use two or more bags, or boil the tea for a longer time. For a weaker flavor, use less tea or a shorter boiling time.
